Normani Kordei and her partner Val Chmerkovskiy gave another strong performance on Monday’s “Dancing With The Stars.” They danced a cha cha for their performance to Sigala’s “Give Me Your Love.”
Last week, Kordei kicked off the new season of “Dancing With The Stars” with a quickstep that the judges, for the most part, really enjoyed. Len Goodman said, I thought it was first class,” before adding, “Well done.” Similarly, Carrie Ann Inaba felt, “It was a great first opening number.” Bruno Tonioli shared, “First time, very well done,” and noted how it was “crackling with energy.” And Julianne Hough offered, “It was a great way to set the stage… You nailed it.” For her routine, the Fifth Harmony singer received a score 27 out of 40 points.
This week, Hough said, “You’re amazing,” and noted she wants to dance with Kordei. Carrie Ann Inaba felt, “That was truly dancing with a star” and called it “brilliant.” Goodman expressed, “I thought it was terrific.” And Tonioli also yelled about how much he loved her routine.
Kordei’s cha cha was awarded on Week Two a total of 32 out of 40 points. To see Normani Kordei and Val Chmerkovskiy’s dance to Sigala’s “Give Me Your Love,” watch the video above.
