Netflix is reportedly out with a new sexual harassment policy that prohibits employees from looking at each other for more than five-seconds. The UK's "Sun" tabloid says anti-flirting rules issued to Netflix film crews also ban "lingering hugs", asking for a colleague's phone number and asking them out more than once. It also requires steering clear of a colleague once they have said they're not interested in you. In a statement to the "Sun", Netflix says it wants every production "to be a safe and respectful working environment".
